BARNETGIA:  Intensive Basque lessons

A Barnetegia is an intensive immersion program for learning the Basque language, that are English speaker friendly.  There are two potential offering for Summer of 2012 to check out, and for there to be more we need people to throw in.

Basque Country option:

Arantzazuko Barnetegia- Ulibarri euskaltegia
- Location: Arantzazu (Gipuzkoa)
- Dates: July 2nd – 15th.
- Levels: Students that have taken some Basque classes or can speak basic Basque.
- Duration: 15 days
- Hours: 120
- English speaking instructor.
- Dues & Tuition: - 580 euros (class, meals and board included but not flight)
- The flight cost is paid by the student

2012 BARNETEGIA.
On June 9 (2012) in Boise began the 2nd annual NABO-HABE barnetegia (intensive Euskara program).  Taking part is a group of teachers from the U.S. & Canadian Basque clubs.  These teachers receive specific training during the year, through the Internet, within the program Munduan HABE Euskara, and here in the Barnetegia is an opportunity to practice and refine what they learned during the year.
